CBA Seeks Nominations for Board
The Cincinnati Bar Association’s Nominating Committee is soliciting recommendations for nominees for election to certain officer
and trustee positions to commence at the CBA’s Annual Meeting to be held April 27, 2012. The committee requests nominations
for the following positions:
Automatically succeeds to president-elect and then to president. Must have been a trustee,
secretary or treasurer within the five-year period immediately prior to the election.
One-year term, limit of one term.
One-year term, limit of three consecutive terms. Incumbent is eligible for re-election.
Corporate. Two-year term, limit of two consecutive terms. Incumbent is ineligible for re-election.
Judicial. Two-year term, limit of two consecutive terms. Incumbent is ineligible for re-election.
General. Two-year term, limit of two consecutive terms. Five positions open, with three incumbents
eligible for re-election.
