What kind of issues do you find most interesting in your practice committee?
Urban development and re-development of our communities.
What would your practice committee want other attorneys to understand about your
specialty?
Municipal Law is the jack of all trades of law. Part employment law, adminis-
trative law, real estate, zoning & many other practice areas.
How has being a part of your committee made a difference in your own practice?
I have the opportunity to discuss current legal topics and get feedback from other prac-
titioners.
What is the most important project for your practice committee this year?
Our an-
nual CLE, always has great speakers on topics of current interest.
When I’m not in the office, I’m….
at one of my children’s sporting events.
Favorite quote that motivates me is…
you’re braver than you believe; stronger than you
seem and smarter than you think.
My favorite place to go in Cincinnati is…
The Cincinnati Museum Center because of
it’s great architecture and many family friendly activities.
Dan Moore, chair of the Solo/Small Firm Practice
