Sarah Sparks Herron
joins the real estate group as an associate.
She focuses her practice on both transac-
tional and litigation matters. Herron received
her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati
College of Law and her B.A. from Xavier
George B. Musekamp
business litigation group as an associate.
Musekamp focuses his practice on all aspects
of business litigation law and has experi-
ence in a wide range of substantive litigation
matters from general defense to employment
matters. He is also active in the firm’s pro
bono practice through the Volunteer Lawyer
Project. Musekamp received his J.D. from the
University of Cincinnati College of Law and
his B.S. from Miami University.

Parrish, who has 16 years experience, focuses
her practice on the design, drafting and
implementation of health and welfare plans,
qualified retirement plans and non-qualified
deferred compensation plans for private and
publicly held corporations, professional ser-
vice corporations and nonprofit associations.
She received her J.D. from the University of
Cincinnati College of Law, her M.B.A from
the University of Cincinnati and her B.B.A.
from Kent State University.

paign to raise $200,000 for the new building
efforts at the University of Cincinnati College
of Law (UC). Thanks to the generosity of
more than 50 individual donors, many of
them alumni, the firm managed to reach
their goal. To top it off, the firm also contrib-
uted a $50,000 gift, bringing the firm’s total
to $250,000. As a result, a classroom will be
named after the firm in the new building.
