What kind of issues do you find most interesting in your practice committee?
I get to
learn about a wide variety of industries and businesses. I see all different types of issues
in different businesses that are unique.
What would your practice committee want other attorneys to understand about your
specialty?
Just because you have a judgment does not mean you collect. If you win the
trial, you may lose the war.
How has being a part of your committee made a difference in your own practice?
The ability to discuss cases with other members and get ideas on best practices for
individual problem cases.
What is the most important project for your practice committee this year?
We are
attempting to organize a forms bank for unusual or extraordinary remedies.
When I’m not in the office, I’m….
at home with my dogs.
Favorite quote that motivates me is…
If what you did yesterday still looks big today,
you didn’t do much today.
The movie or book that I always recommend is…
War As I Knew It
by George S.
Patton because of its leadership lessons.
My favorite place to go in Cincinnati is…
Eden Park, it is the heart and soul of
Cincinnati to me.
My hero is . . .
my brother, Father John Noe, Catholic priest, because of who he is and
what he stands for and what he does.
