is a 2009 graduate of The
Ohio State University
with a B.A. in social and
behavioral sciences and a
2012 graduate of the Uni-
versity of Cincinnati College of Law, magna
cum laude. In law school, Ryan was a fellow
with the Ohio Innocence Project, a law clerk
with the Kentucky Department of Public
Advocacy and a legal extern for the Honor-
able Karen L. Litkovitz of the United States
District Court for the Southern District of
Ohio. Ryan was recently admitted to practice
in Ohio and the United States District Court
for the Southern District of Ohio. Ryan is a
member of the Ohio, Cincinnati, and Warren
County Bar Associations and is a barrister in
the Potter Stewart American Inn of Court.

Bob Steinberg
, former
U.S. Magistrate Judge
and federal prosecutor
who conducted private
mediations and engaged
in complex litigation
through a private practice
law firm during the
previous sixteen years,
has opened his own law
practice, Robert Steinberg Co LPA. Steinberg
has conducted hundreds of professional me-
diations as a judge and as a private attorney.
He is focusing on mediations in his new law
practice as well as settlement administration,
expert witness services regarding attorney fee
awards, employer consultations and inves-
tigation of employment disputes, and civil
litigation. During more than forty years of
law practice, Steinberg has been trial counsel
in more than 200 civil trials and appeals. His
most recent years of private law firm practice
focused on complex and individual cases
involving employment disputes, major tort
litigation, personal injuries, product defects,
sexual abuse, sexual harassment and antitrust
law. He has represented both the plaintiff and
defendant side.
Stephanie M. Day
joined the law firm of
Santen & Hughes as a civil
litigation attorney. Day
has 12 years of experience
in state and federal courts
handling personal injury
cases for injured victims
and their families, includ-
ing motor vehicle and
airplane crashes, work place injuries, faulty
products, and legal and medical malpractice.
Day graduated from NKU’s Chase College of
Law with honors. She is an officer (secretary)
of the Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Associa-
tion and a member of Cincinnati Academy of
Leadership for Lawyers (CALL).
J. Robert Linneman

elected as secretary to the
board of directors of the
Corporation for Findlay
Market of Cincinnati. The
corporation is a private
corporation which manag-
es Findlay Market, Ohio’s
oldest public market. Linneman has served as
a director at the corporation since 2009.

counsel. Sirkin is one of
the nation’s preeminent

torneys. In more than 40
years of practice, Sirkin has defended the free

museums, artists, activists, adult entertain-
ment establishments, and ordinary citizens
in all types of cases. Sirkin is admitted to
numerous federal and state courts including
the United States Supreme Court. Sirkin is
a multiple award-winning attorney who has
been recognized as a Fellow in the American
College of Trial Lawyers, and a Fellow of the
American Board of Criminal Lawyers. He
has also received the Nicholas Longworth, III
Achievement Award for distinguished profes-
sional service from the U.C. College of Law,
and the District Award from the Ohio State
Bar Association for his outstanding contribu-
tions to the profession of law.
