(LCA). The LCA is an
honorary trial lawyer
society whose membership is limited to less
than one-half of one percent of American
lawyers. Fellows are selected based upon
excellence and accomplishment in litigation,
both at the trial and appellate levels, and
superior ethical reputation. Hands has more
than 24 years of trial and appellate experi-
ence, and focuses his practice on business
and commercial litigation, pharmaceutical,
medical device and mass tort litigation, and
construction law. Hands graduated from
Miami University with a B.A. and his J.D. is
from the University of Cincinnati College of
Law. He is a member and past president of the
Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.

Randy Ayers’ practice

He also has been lead trial counsel and has
provided in-depth counseling to employers
in the areas of equal employment opportu-

hour, and unemployment compensation. He
has been a frequent lecturer to groups and
organizations concerning fair employment
practices, personnel management, and posi-
tive employee relations. Ayers earned his J.D.

College (1984).
