What kind of issues do you find most interesting in your practice committee?
from economic development incentives to CAGIS (Cincinnati Area Geographical
Information System) to foreclosure have all led to engaging conversations addressing
best practices, tools, and new legislation in our practice committee.
What would your practice committee want other attorneys to understand about
Real property law touches so many topics of interest to our clients and
our community ranging from fracking to revitalizing our city’s urban core. The result
is a wealth of opportunity for the real property law practitioner to collaborate with our
colleagues in other practice areas.
How has being a part of your committee made a difference in your own practice?
Our committee members come from both the litigation and transactional disciplines
and represent clients from publicly traded financial institutions to residential property
owners. Exposure to their diverse perspectives has been invaluable to my own client
