Wright
, an attorney with
the business litigation
firm, has been elected to
the partnership. Wright
started with Faruki
Ireland & Cox in 2002,
and has played a sig-
nificant role in the successful launch of the
firm’s Cincinnati office. While he has handled
many cases in virtually every major area of
dispute resolution and litigation, Wright’s
primary areas of practice are advertising and
commercial/product liability cases, as well
as class action litigation. He has also advised
many clients on technology-related issues and
litigation.

Miller Co., LPA, has been
named to the executive
committee of the YMCA
of Greater Cincinnati.
Don also continues to
serve as the chair of the
board of the YMCA’s
Central Parkway Branch,
just across from his office
in Over the Rhine. At Droder & Miller, Don
focuses on estate planning and probate, as
well as insurance coverage and defense.
The Ohio Association
of Civil Trial Attorneys
(OACTA) presented the
“2012 Distinguished Con-
tributions to the Profes-
sion Award” to
William
M. Cussen
at their annual
meeting in Dayton, Ohio.
The award is given to
recognize senior practi-
tioners for their long-standing contributions
to the profession. Cussen is a member of The
American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA)
and was installed as the President of the
Cincinnati Chapter in November. Cussen has
been a practicing attorney for 42 years and is
a partner in the firm of McCaslin, Imbus &
McCaslin. His practice is concentrated pri-
marily in the field of civil litigation specializ-
ing in personal injury, negligence, insurance
law, consumer law and product liability. Cus-
sen is a graduate of St. Xavier High School,
Xavier University and the Salmon P. Chase
College of Law.
Graydon Head is proud to announce the
addition of
Zack Hohl
and
Stephanie Kabat
as attorneys in the firm’s downtown office.
Hohl
is part of the commercial real estate
industry group, construction industry group,
and banking and financial services industry
group. Hohl spent time working with the
Ohio Environmental Counsel and the litiga-
tion firm Anspach, Meeks, Ellenburger LLP.
He also worked for three years at the Douglas
Company, a construction management
firm based out of Holland, Ohio. Hohl earned
his law degree from the University of Toledo
College of Law in 2012, and received his B.A.,
cum laude, from the University of Michigan
College of Engineering in 2008.
Kabat
is part
of both the banking and financial services
department and the commercial real estate
department. Kabat worked for the firm as a
summer associate in 2010 and a legal intern
in 2008. She also interned with Cincinnati
Public Schools in their Legal Department in
2010 and clerked for Hon. Judge Tim Oliver
in the Warren County Domestic Relations
Court in 2011-2012. Kabat earned her law
degree from the University of Cincinnati
College of Law in 2012, and received her B.A.
from Indiana University in 2008.

She will practice in the

Prior to joining the firm,
Hanna clerked for Ralph A. Kerns & Associ-
ates. Earlier in her career, she was an extern
for the Honorable J. William L. Mallory, Jr.
of the First District Court of Appeals. Hanna
earned her J.D. from the University of Cin-
cinnati College of Law and her B.A. from the
University of Toledo.
