Background
Bailey joined Frost Brown Todd in 1976 and currently serves of Counsel in the Cincinnati office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and products liability.
Bailey has served as an arbitrator and mediator for 15 years. He is a contract mediator for The Center for Resolution of Disputes of Cincinnati and a member of the Collaborative Law Center. He is also a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property and Litigation sections of the American Bar Association. Additionally, Bailey has served as a volunteer mediator for the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio and participated in mediator training at the Center for Dispute Settlement in Washington, D.C.
