Burke’s practice focuses primarily on complex corporate and commercial litigation, including both trial and appellate practice, in state and federal courts. He has handled cases before courts in Ohio, Kentucky, California, New York, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Colorado and Delaware. He has significant experience in financial and transactional cases, commercial matters, class and derivative actions and actions arising under the federal securities laws. Burke also serves as a mediator for the United State District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

University of Cincinnati College of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 1978. He was on the University of Cincinnati Law Review, Editorial Board from 1976 -1978 and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
Burke was invited to become a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1997. In 2006, Burke was admitted to the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers from 2004 -2011. In 2011, Burke was named “Cincinnati Bet-the-Company Litigator of the Year” by Best Lawyers in America.
Burke charges $500 an hour for his arbitration services.
