Mooney has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil litigation, including employment, labor and business disputes, for over 35 years. In addition to his years in the business litigation and employment law teams, as a retired partner at the Cincinnati office of Ulmer & Berne LLP, Mooney served for more than 20 years as a member and occasional chairman of the Cincinnati Planning Commission. On the planning commission, he presided over hundreds of public hearings resolving contentious community disputes over land use and development in the City of Cincinnati. Mooney has participated in dozens of arbitrations and mediations over the past three decades, and is prepared and qualified to arbitrate business, employment, labor and land use law disputes.
Mooney’s hourly rate is $200 per hour, or $1,200 per hearing day.
