Background
Schmidt is a partner and member of the management committee of Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford, LLCHe has served as a volunteer mediator for both the Common Pleas Court and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Dispute Resolution and has attended an intensive three-day course in conducting arbitrations. Compensation
Schmidt’s dourly rate is $300.
