- May 22, 2018 / Tuesday
Cancellations received by May 22, 2018 will be refunded less a $0.00 processing fee. Individuals who cancel after this time will receive course materials in lieu of a refund. The CBA reserves the right to modify or cancel a program if circumstances warrant. If the CBA cancels a program, full tuition will be refunded.
Walk-in RegistrationsAdvance registration is advised. Walk-in registrations will be limited to available seating space and handouts. If a participant registers the day of a seminar, a fee of $15 for half-day programs and $25 for full-day programs will apply.
Special NeedsIf you have any special needs addressed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please inform the CLE Director, Dimity Orlet, at the CBA (513.699.1401) at least one week prior to the seminar.
CLE AccreditationThe CBA accredits the vast majority of its programs for CLE credit in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Pennsylvania. However, due to variations in CLE rules across jurisdictions, CLE credit may not be available for all of these states for every program. The amount and type of credit available for a specific program will be published on the promotional material and/or on the CBA website for that program. At the attendee’s request, the CBA will provide documentation for self-reporting to other jurisdictions.
Pursuant the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on CLE’s rules and regulations: (1) CLE attendees must check in at the beginning of and before leaving each seminar; and (2) the CBA must monitor all attendance and report any inaccuracies to the Commission.
Photography PolicyRegistrants, instructors, exhibitors and guests attending CBA meetings agree they may be photographed during the event. Photographic materials are the sole property of the CBA, and the CBA reserves the right to use attendees’ names and likenesses in promotional materials without providing monetary compensation.
