Greater Cincinnati full-service law firm since 1993 seeks attorney with experience in Debtor Bankruptcy law.  Candidates must be admitted to the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Ohio.  KY license is a plus.  Qualifications include: strong communication skills, good work ethic, attention to detail, ability to supervise a high-volume case load, experience with PACER and Best Case software, and willingness to practice in all Southwestern Ohio Counties.  Willing to also consider other areas of practice.

The Ohio Department of Commerce is seeking to immediately add 5-10 hearing officers to preside over administrative proceedings for its Divisions and programs, including the Medical Marijuana Control Program, the Manufactured Homes Program, and the divisions of Financial Institutions, Industrial Compliance, Liquor Control, Real Estate & Professional Licensing, Securities, State Fire Marshal and Unclaimed Funds. Hearing officers will be independent contractors working on an “as needed basis” from Dec. 15, 2017–June 30, 2019. Candidates with 5+ years of litigation/adjudicative experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
