Greater Cincinnati full-service law firm since 1993 seeks attorney with experience in Debtor Bankruptcy law.  Candidates must be admitted to the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Ohio.  KY license is a plus.  Qualifications include: strong communication skills, good work ethic, attention to detail, ability to supervise a high-volume case load, experience with PACER and Best Case software, and willingness to practice in all Southwestern Ohio Counties.  Willing to also consider other areas of practice.

Judicial Staff Attorney-Law Clerk


The First District Court of Appeals is accepting applications for an immediate opening for one judicial staff attorney-law clerk position reporting to Judge Charles Miller.  The person in this position will be responsible for conducting research and drafting opinions.  This position requires an individual who can work both independently and in a team environment.  Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.  Duties include maintaining the integrity of the Court and meeting case management deadlines.  Exceptional writing abilities required.  Additional work assignments may include reviewing opinions drafted by others; round-tabling both assigned and unassigned cases, and assisting in preparations for oral arguments.
