The Cincinnati Bar Association supports the Ohio Supreme Court’s mentoring program for new attorneys. Created and administered by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Professionalism, Lawyer to Lawyer Mentoring assists in the transition from law school to legal practice by pairing new lawyers with experienced attorneys. Participants meet six times for a total of nine hours at times and locations that are convenient for them. A mentoring plan and curriculum guides mentors and new lawyers in their discussions. Upon successful completion of the term, mentors receive twelve CLE credit hours.
