As members of the legal profession, we have the unique responsibility to ensure that everyone in our community has equal access to justice. Through the Cincinnati Bar Foundation, we can come together to advance the cause of “Promoting Justice and Changing Lives Through the Law” with an impact that none of us could do on our own.

When you contribute to the CBF, you support our efforts to enhance the image of the legal profession and promote justice in Greater Cincinnati. Seed money and grants by the Foundation are made twice a year and are concentrated in these areas:

• Education and training programs to help lawyers improve themselves and their careers
• Legal education, assistance programs and justice initiatives for our community
• Support for delivery of legal services to the poor, elderly and disadvantaged.
• Programs that foster respect for the law and civility in it’s practice

The CBF’s work is made possible by the generous support of a thousands individual donors, more than 50 law firms and corporations, and many other dedicated supporters.
