A Message from the CBA Treasurer

John E. Stillpass

“As Treasurer of the CBA, I am honored to serve as Chair of the Administration and Finance Committee for the 2015-16 fiscal year.  The primary purpose of the A&F Committee is to work with the CBA's Assistant Executive Director to prepare the annual budget and manage the association's finances.  These responsibilities include the selection and monitoring of the outside auditor and investment advisor, review and approval of major contracts and capital expenditures, and adoption and revision of fiscal policies; as well as directing the administrative policies and functions of the association.  I have served on the Committee since 2004 and have found it both interesting and a great way to give back in a meaningful way.  I want to thank all new and returning members for your service.  I look forward to a great year working with all of you and the terrific CBA staff.”
