The Grievance Committee is to investigate allegations of misconduct or mental illness regarding any attorney sitting or practicing in Hamilton, County, Ohio, as well as persons under suspension, probation, or disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Ohio. The Committee shall investigate those inquiries or complaints which appear to allege violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct, and may initiate such inquiry on its own motion based upon information which may come to the attention of the Committee. The Committee may cause a formal Complaint to be filed with the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court of Ohio in cases where it finds probable cause to believe that misconduct has occurred or that a condition of mental illness exists.
Membership in this committee is by appointment only. If you are interested in joining this committee, please contact Maria Palermo at email@example.com.
