A Message from the Chair

William A. Posey

“I have just been appointed the Chair of our Common Pleas Court Committee and am open to suggestions from our Common Pleas judges, practicing lawyers, and students as to the programs and functions which will benefit our members.  While we are generally scheduled to meet on a quarterly basis, we can certainly adjust that schedule as our needs and interests warrant.  My goal will be to foster excellent communications between our bench and bar and to provide opportunities to our judges and more experienced lawyers to assist in the development of our younger, less experienced members.  Your comments, suggestions and participation are encouraged. I look forward to working with you in the coming year.”
