A Message from the Chair

Paul J. Linden

Whether your practice focuses exclusively on IP litigation or you just want to stay up to date on recent IP developments to better counsel your clients, the Cincinnati Bar Association's Intellectual Property Litigation Committee welcomes all attorneys.  The IP Litigation Committee holds six casual "lunch-and-learn" style gatherings every year to discuss topical issues in the field of IP, ranging from new developments in substantive IP law to tips and tools useful in everyday practice.  Past presentations have touched on such diverse issues as patent damages, injunctive relief in trademark cases, and the ethics of e-discovery.  Please join us for our always informative and enjoyable meetings.
