Nonprofit Law

Purpose

The mission of the Nonprofit Law Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association is to help promote the charitable mission of non-profits in our community by increasing knowledge and awareness of issues facing these non-profit organizations, to advance the practice of law relating to non-profit and tax-exempt organizations, and to enhance the role of attorneys who volunteer and advise such organizations.

The purpose of the Nonprofit Law Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association is to support and promote attorneys who practice in the area of non-profit and tax-exempt organization law, to support attorneys who volunteer their time to serve on non-profit committees and boards, and to support non-profit organizations by providing them with information from attorneys who have knowledge in areas of law that are relevant to non-profit organizations.
