Purpose
The mission of the Non-Profit Law Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association is to help promote the charitable mission of non-profits in our community by increasing knowledge and awareness of issues facing these non-profit organizations, to advance the practice of law relating to non-profit and tax-exempt organizations, and to enhance the role of attorneys who volunteer and advise such organizations.
The purpose of the Non-Profit Law Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association is to support and promote attorneys who practice in the area of non-profit and tax-exempt organization law, to support attorneys who volunteer their time to serve on non-profit committees and boards, and to support non-profit organizations by providing them with information from attorneys who have knowledge in areas of law that are relevant to non-profit organizations.
