Board of Trustees Nominations Being Accepted
The Cincinnati Bar Association’s Nominating Committee is soliciting recommendations for nominees for election to certain officer and trustee positions to commence at the CBA’s Annual Meeting to be held April 26, 2013. The committee requests nominations for the following positions:
Vice President: Automatically succeeds to president-elect and then to president. Must have been a trustee, secretary or treasurer within the five-year period immediately prior to the election.
Secretary: One-year term, limit of one term. Incumbent is eligible for re-election.
Treasurer: One-year term, limit of three consecutive terms. Incumbent is eligible for re-election.
Trustee, Less Than 12 Years in Practice: Two-year term. Incumbent eligible for re-election.
Trustee: General. Two-year term, limit of two consecutive terms. Four positions open, with three incumbents eligible for re-election.
