In this One-Hour (1.0) General CLE Course, Jason T. Lorenzon, Esq., Board Certified Specialist in Aviation Law (Florida), Kent State Aeronautics Professor and Certificated UAS pilot and Airline Transport Rated Pilot, goes over Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), commonly known as drones, and how they are revolutionizing industries from real estate to agriculture, but they also present a complex web of legal challenges. This module is designed to equip Ohio attorneys with the foundational knowledge and practical tools needed to advise clients navigating the rapidly evolving field of drone law.
