Cincinnati’s Landmark Legal Cases: Obergefell v. Hodges

To attend a CBA in-person, indoor meeting or event:
• Upon arrival show one of the following:
-your Covid-19 vaccination card (or a photo of it)
-negative test result from an antigen Covid-19 self-test taken within six hours prior to attending CBA event
-negative test result from a PCR/NAAT Covid-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to attending CBA event
• Wear a Mask - When
the Hamilton County Community Level is High, everyone is required to
wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. (Speakers may be unmasked
when presenting, while remaining socially distant.) When the Level is
Medium or Low, it is advisable to wear a mask if you are at high risk
for serious illness or you are not vaccinated.
• Stay home if you have tested positive for Covid-19, are waiting for Covid-19 test results, have
Covid-19 symptoms, or if you have had close contact with a person who has tested positive
for or who has symptoms of Covid-19
• Persons attending CBA events shall hold Cincinnati Bar Association harmless and waive all
right to legal action if Covid-19 is contracted through exposure at a CBA event
All meeting participants are expected to adhere to and abide by the safety precautions the CBA is
implementing to protect against the spread of Covid-19.
