Author David McCraw will discuss his new book and provide a first-hand account of advising a newsroom during one of the most disruptive political environments in recent memory. Topics of discussion include the First Amendment, freedom of the press, libel litigation and the role of inside counsel in a media company.
Jack Greiner, Managing Partner at Graydon, will moderate a follow up panel discussion involving several local authorities in the area of the First Amendment. Panelists Include:
