In April 2024, Hamilton County's Commercial Docket was re-established. Cases on the commercial docket generally concern disputes regarding dissolution of businesses, owner-shareholder rights, noncompete and employment agreements, business torts (false advertising), and commercial insurance litigation. Judges Branch and Jenkins will discuss the Commercial Docket and provide best practices for practitioners.
