• Persons attending CBA events shall hold Cincinnati Bar Association harmless and waive all
right to legal action if Covid-19 is contracted through exposure at a CBA event.

All meeting participants are expected to adhere to and abide by the safety precautions the CBA is
implementing to protect against the spread of Covid-19.
