Pros and Cons of Mandatory Employment Arbitration

The Supreme Court has strongly upheld the enforceability of mandatory employment agreements, requiring the employee to forego the right to sue in favor of arbitration.  As a result more than a third of all U.S. employees are subject to such agreements.  This webinar will explore the costs and benefits of these agreements for both employers and employees and will provide helpful tips for representing parties in arbitration.
