Monica V. Kindt Esq., Assistant United States Trustee, will provide an update from the United States Trustee’s Office, which will touch on Zoom 341 meetings, debtor education and financial management certificates, the student loan discharge guidance from the DOJ, and bifurcated fee agreements.
