In addition to a brief summary of recent decisions issued by the Southern District, September will be an open-forum meeting designed to solicit current topics and issues in the bankruptcy context that local practitioners would like to have further discussed and explored. Have you recently encountered and issue or topic in your bankruptcy practice that you wish you had time to dive into? Then share that with the CBA Bankruptcy Practice Group at the September meeting and we can incorporate it into future content!
