Have You Heard of “SubTo Financing”? 

October’s CBA Bankruptcy Law Practice Group meeting on Zoom will have another caselaw update followed by an exposition and discussion of what appears to be an emerging “solution” for distressed consumer borrowers: SubTo Financing. However, the risks may not be worth the reward.
