The CBA’s Bankruptcy Law Practice Group is back after the holidays and looking forward to seeing you at the next meeting, on February 17, 2026 at noon via Zoom! February’s meeting is all about Context: ERISA, IRAs, and the state law/bankruptcy interplay. What protections are there? We will discuss this interplay and the clash between federal and state law.  

ALSO – a preview for what’s to come: the Cincinnati Chapter 13 Trustee’s office will preside over our in-person March meeting on March 17, 2026 at Noon. Boxed lunches will be provided. Please hold the date and we look forward to seeing you there.
