We hope you are all having a good summer. The CBA's Bankruptcy Law Practice Group will be back meeting on Tuesday, August 11 at 12:00PM via ZOOM. We will have our usual mini caselaw update followed by a dive into the rarely used Chapter 9 Bankruptcy. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
