Please join the Elder & Special Needs Law Practice Group on Zoom as they invite guest speakers, Janice Barr, Esq., and Magistrate Rogena Stargel, to discuss the duties and responsibilities of the Hamilton Co. JFS Adult Protective Services and the Hamilton Co. Prosecutor's Office Elder Justice Unit. They will also provide a brief overview and some updates regarding guardianship.
