Please join the Labor & Employment Practice Group in-person at the CBA or virtually on Zoom as they invite guest speaker, Joe Wilson, Commissioner of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. In addition to discussing the general services that the FMCS provides, Mr. Wilson will also address the following topics:

• Mediation, arbitration, etc.
• Negotiation trends
• In-person vs. virtual mediation
• Observations at the bargaining table and in other grievance mediation
