Please join the Real Property Law Practice Group virtually on Zoom as members from the Board of Realtors committee discuss a recent lawsuit originating in Missouri that has impacted the real estate industry nationwide, affecting how compensation will be explained and handled. A proposed settlement agreement from The National Association of Realtors is currently before the judge in Missouri for his acceptance. There are many layers to this and the group will look at how and when legal changes will go into effect.
