Justin Owens of Gravity Well Solutions is an AI integration and security expert, not a lawyer; he puts AI to work inside small businesses without putting their data at risk. In 45 minutes he'll cover the part he knows: how these tools actually work and why they invent things with complete confidence, how to point them at your own documents so answers come from your files with a citation you can check, and exactly what happens to client information typed into a free chatbot versus a paid business account - a distinction a federal court leaned on this February when it held that a defendant's chatbot conversations were not privileged.
