Having previously worked for both an insur- ance defense firm and a personal injury firm, Britt has gained a unique perspective on the strategies used in litigating catastrophic injury cases. Britt has tried numerous cases to verdict and regularly appears in trial courts, appellate courts, and probate courts throughout Ohio and Kentucky.
Practice Group. Henderson assists clients in all aspects of real estate matters and focuses his practice on the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial property. He represents buyers and sellers in the purchase, sale, and development of a variety of proper- ties, and has experience with a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Ulmer, Henderson worked for two oil and gas title firms, and his unique background helps him confront and resolve complex legal issues involving mineral development and land use. Henderson is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Asso- ciation. In addition to his legal practice, he volunteers with St. Gertrude Church in Cincin- nati, Ohio. He earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Cincinnati Christian Univer- sity, and his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.

Before law school, Dahm worked as an analyst for Nielsen in Cincinnati, where he delivered marketing and pricing models to consumer goods companies. Dahm earned his B.S. in Marketing and B.A. in Professional Writing from Miami University in 2015, where he graduated cum laude and with university honors. Dahm is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
