ANNUAL MEETING
We had a fantastic turnout at this year's Annual Meeting, our biggest event of the year.
The meeting took place at Cincinnati Netherland Plaza on May 2. Members gathered to
welcome our new president, Alan Abes, whose speech received a standing ovation. The
Honorable Karen Litkovitz administered the induction of Abes and the Board of Trustees.
Six new members joined the Board, whom you can learn more about on page 16.
We also celebrated excellence within our legal community by presenting a number
of awards to well-deserved members. A total of five awards were given out: The Themis
Award, two Professionalism Awards, Community Service Award, and Lawyer of the
Year Award. Attendees were honored
with heartfelt stories and cherished
memories shared by each recipient.
