Russell J. Mock, a
seasoned attorney
with nearly three
decades of legal
experience, has
joined the firm’s
Cincinnati office.
Mock
With a distin-
guished career spanning both public service
and private practice, Mock brings a wealth of
knowledge in litigation, judicial leadership, and
legal strategy. Mock most recently served as the
Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the
Municipal Division of the Hamilton County
Prosecutor’s Office, where he managed a team
of 16 attorneys. Prior to that, Mock spent 17
years as a Judge, serving on both the Hamilton
County Municipal Court and the First District
Court of Appeals. As a Presiding and Admin-
istrative Judge, he played a pivotal role in
shaping court procedures, enhancing case
management, and upholding the integrity of
the judicial system. He was also a visiting judge
for the Ohio Supreme Court. At DBL Law, Mock
will focus primarily on litigation and economic
development, bringing his expertise and judi-
cial insight to benefit the firm’s clients across a
range of legal matters.
