complex matters of divorce, dissolution, custody,
and support. Her prior experience as a law clerk
and coordinator of the court’s Family Law Clinic
further deepen her perspective. Mollie holds a
J.D. from New York Law School and is licensed
in both Ohio and Texas. At Thudium Law, she
will strengthen our practice of sensitive and
strategic family-law representation.

serves as a high school soccer coach at Spring-
boro High School and enjoys traveling to explore
national parks across the country. She is an
avid soccer fan and frequent attendee of FC
Cincinnati matches. She lives in Bond Hill with
her wife and their dog, George Washington.
Bricker Graydon, Wyatt Law Firms Announce
Plans to Combine. Bricker Graydon LLP and
Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP, two leading
regional law firms with deep roots in Ohio and
Kentucky, announced their intent to merge
effective January 1, 2026. The combined firm,
to be known as Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP,
will unite more than 325 attorneys across 14
offices in four states, creating one of the largest
and most comprehensive legal service providers
in the region.
Frost Brown Todd LLP and Gibbons P.C. Frost
Brown Todd LLP (FBT) and Gibbons P.C. have
agreed to combine, with a planned effective date
of January 1, 2026. The new firm, to be named
FBT Gibbons LLP, will create a mid-market
legal powerhouse with approximately 800 attor-
neys across 25 offices nationwide.
Nominating Committee Solicits Recommendations
for the CBA Board of Trustees
The Cincinnati Bar Association’s Nominating Committee is soliciting recommendations for nominees
for election to certain officer and trustee positions to commence at the CBA’s 2026 Annual
Meeting. The committee requests nominations for the following positions:
Vice President: Automatically
succeeds to president-elect and
then to president. Must have been a
trustee, secretary or treasurer within
the five-year period immediately
prior to the election.
Secretary: One-year term, limit of
one term. Incumbent is ineligible for
re-election.
Treasurer: One-year term, limit of
three consecutive terms. Incumbent
is eligible for re-election.
Trustee: General. Two-year term,
limit of two consecutive terms. Five
positions open with three incumbents
eligible for re-election.
Trustee: Judicial. Two-year term,
limit of two consecutive terms.
Incumbent is eligible for re-election.
Trustee: ABA Delegate. Two-year
term, limit of three consecutive
terms. Incumbent is ineligible for
re-election.
