1945 – 2020
James S. Ginocchio, Sr., age 75, passed away September 25, 2020. Jim gradu- ated from Chase Law School in 1979. He practiced law with the City of Cincinnati from 1979 to 2003. Jim began as a city prosecutor and transitioned to the Solic- itor’s Office. He maintained a private
Jennifer L. “Jen” Lambert
1970 – 2021
Jennifer L. “Jen” Lambert died January 28, 2021 after a battle with cancer. Jen was born in Philadelphia in 1970 and moved to Cincinnati during her childhood, graduating from Loveland
High School. She received a bachelor of arts in philosophy from the University of Cincinnati in 1996 and a J.D. from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2000.
Jen spent her entire professional career as an attorney with the law firm of Helmer, Martins, Rice & Popham Co., LPA. She worked on several groundbreaking cases for the firm, including litigation that preserved a local bottler’s franchise rights after he had been targeted for termination by a multinational Fortune 100 corporation. Jen also contributed extensively to multiple editions of the firm’s False Claims Act treatise.
Jen was an avid gardener, an automobile enthusiast and an animal lover. She also enjoyed following U.C. Bearcats’ men’s basketball team and listening to her husband’s rock band play in local venues. Although Jen loved Cincinnati, she remained a Philly girl at heart and especially enjoyed visiting the Jersey Shore on an annual basis.
Jen is survived by her husband of 16 years, Matt Wilson, and by her siblings Keith Lambert and Heather Lynn. She will be
  practice throughout his career with the city.
In 2005, Jim joined the Office of the Hamilton County Pros-
ecuting Attorney in the Civil Division, where he practiced until retirement in 2017. Jim was a third generation lawyer in Cincin- nati. His father Charles B. was in private practice from 1930 to 1976. His grandfather Charles S. Ginocchio was admitted to the bar in 1903 and worked in banking.
Jim was also a graduate of St. Xavier High School and Xavier University. He was an avid swimmer and longtime member of the downtown YMCA.
Jim is survived by his wife Jennifer, son Jim (Jacqueline) and son Bart (Mary Francis), and was predeceased by his son Peter. He is also survived by his grandsons James III and William Peter Ginocchio, sister Susanna Kelly (Charles), and brother Ralph.

 Neal Gardner
1944 – 2021
KMK Law mourns the passing of our longtime partner, colleague, and friend J. Neal Gardner.
Neal Gardner joined Keating Muething & Klekamp as a partner in 1987. His practice was concentrated in tax law, including representation before
the IRS, tax litigation, excise tax and income tax fraud, as well as estate planning and general tax matters. Neal previously worked at Brown & Gardner and Dinsmore & Shohl. Neal was a certi- fied public accountant and served as an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
Neal Gardner was active in numerous community and civic organizations, including trustee and chair of Hamilton County Law Library; trustee and chair of Cincinnati Rowing Center, Inc.; advisory board of Cincinnati Chapter of Juvenile Diabetes Foun- dation; member of Advisory Committee of 4-C for Children; member of Georgetown University Law Center Alumni Board; member of the United Way Planning and Allocations Committee; and president of the Pleasant Ridge Community Council.
Neal was a wonderful person, friend, and partner and he will be dearly missed.
