Groundbreaking Reform on the Horizon

The Ohio Supreme Court, the Ohio Criminal Sentencing Commission and the University
of Cincinnati signed a partnership agreement to develop the Ohio Sentencing Data platform, a statewide database. Hear Supreme Court of Ohio Associate Judge Michael Donnelly, First District Judge Pierre Bergeron, Dr. Hazem Said from UC and Sara Andrews, Director of the Sentencing Commission, explain what the sentencing database is, why it matters, and where it stands.
