This 60-minute presentation from Ray Biederman, Esq., Mattingly Burke Cohen & Biederman, reviews eDiscovery fundamentals from case law and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, then discusses how managed review projects should take these factors into consideration to ensure a defensible work product on a disciplined budget.
