The Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK) welcomes attorney Vincent B. Jabour as an Asso- ciate in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Jabour represents both businesses and
individuals with a wide range of real estate and general business law matters, including acqui- sitions, sales, and tax deferred exchanges. His practice focuses largely on real estate financing matters. He has significant experience repre- senting both borrowers and lenders in real estate financing, specifically in the multi-family housing market, including financing insured by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Prior to joining KMK, Jabour was an associate with a full-service Cincinnati firm where he repre- sented clients in several areas of law, with a focus on real estate, financing, and construc- tion transactions. Jabour earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2016. He earned his B.A. from Fordham Univer- sity, cum laude, in 2013.
