Originally from Kettering, Ohio, O’Neill received his bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law. O’Neill focuses his practice on litigation with an emphasis on construction law, representing commercial and residential developers, general contractors, subcontrac- tors, and material suppliers. He has extensive first chair trial and arbitration experience and has published numerous articles and publica- tions concerning the application of construction law theories and principles. Originally from Union, Kentucky, John D. Wagner graduated cum laude from Denison University and received his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Wagner focuses his practice on general busi- ness law and litigation. Additionally, he has significant experience in the areas of transpor- tation law and construction law.

Nathaniel Sizemore
is Senior Vice Presi- dent & General Counsel of Sizemore & Company LLC, a staffing, consulting, and association management busi- ness. In 2020, during the COVID-19 shut-
downs, Sizemore finished a side project he had started a decade earlier while in law school — writing the manuscript for a novel.
