Cole has experience in developing privacy compliance programs from start to finish, including gap and data assessments; coordinating technical consultant services; insurance policy analysis and negotiation; policy crafting; creating vendor management programs; training; and guiding implementation. Cole has resolved numerous trademark registration challenges before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and has successfully pursued dozens of Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy cases to secure the transfer or cancellation of “cybersquatting” domain names. Cole earned her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington, cum laude, in 2005. She earned her B.S. from Butler University, cum laude, in 2022. Cole is admitted to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.
Dinsmore is excited to announce a merger with San Diego firm Mulvaney Barry Beatty Linn & Mayers LLP. The merger, which became official on January 1, 2023, will add ten attorneys and a team of eight business professionals to Dinsmore’s southern California offices. Mulvaney’s 50-year history of solid performance and stability made the merger a logical business decision.
Cincinnati-based law firm
Graydon Head & Ritchey LLP and Columbus-based law firm Bricker & Eckler LLP have announced their plans to merge effective April 3, 2023. Once merged,
the firm will operate under the name Bricker Graydon LLP. Once combined, the firm will boast expertise across eight industries and attorneys will serve clients in 20 practice areas. The combined firm’s roster of lawyers will become approximately 208, with a total headcount of approximately 378. Along with an expanded bench of experienced talent, the merger will enable the firm to serve clients from 12 offices across three states. All offices will remain open and the firm will eventually
