In 1977, Melissa Ludtke successfully sued Bowie Kuhn, then the Commissioner of Major League Baseball, to gain access
to the clubhouses in Yankee Stadium. Ms. Ludtke’s suit was groundbreaking on several levels. Ms. Ludtke will join us for
a discussion of the legal issues and the ramifications of this lawsuit at this year’s Baseball and the Law Seminar.
